1. Official badges
Three variants, multiple formats. Use on your website, signage, listing presentations, social profiles, and email signatures.
Primary Certified Badge
For social profile photos, website hero blocks, listing presentation covers. Shows seal + CERTIFIED banner.
Horizontal Lockup · Listing Agent
Seller-side variant. For email signatures, website headers, listing flyers. Populated with agent name and verification ID.
Horizontal Lockup · Buyer Agent
Buyer-side variant. For agents who represent buyers exclusively. Same mark, buyer-tier label.
Horizontal Lockup · Dual Agent
Premium tier. For agents certified on both sides. Double-ring seal and "DUAL" mark denote top-tier certification.
Monochrome (for print)
Single-color variant for B&W printing, yard signs, faxable documents, and legal paperwork.
Additional formats (PNG 1200×1200, 600×600, 300×300, 150×150, and favicon 32×32) are provided in the full certified-agent kit. PNGs are generated from the SVG masters automatically.
2. Certificate of Certification
Formal PDF document issued to every certified agent. Suitable for printing, framing, and displaying in your office. Used in listing and buyer presentations as a trust signal. Available for all three tiers: Listing, Buyer, and Dual.
Each certificate is unique and contains the agent's full name, certification tier, unique verification ID (FFFCB-YYYY-####), date of issue, and founder signature. Dual-certified agents receive a certificate reflecting both tiers. Renews annually.
3. Email signature
Drop into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any email client that supports HTML signatures. The mark renders inline and auto-scales.

4. Brand usage guidelines

Do
- Use the exact badges provided (SVG or PNG)
- Maintain clear space equal to 1/4 of the badge height on all sides
- Pair with your name and unique verification ID when displaying the horizontal lockup
- Link the badge to

- Use on all marketing: website, signage, flyers, social, email
- Reference Standards §1 when discussing your fee structure with clients
Don't
- Modify, recolor, or redraw the badge
- Rotate, stretch, or distort the badge
- Use the mark before certification is issued
- Imply endorsement or affiliation with NAR, state associations, or government
- Use the mark if you accept a transaction that violates Standards §1
- Continue using the mark after certification lapses, is suspended, or is revoked
